Dato’ Westin Chew graduated in MBA from Anglia Ruskin, Mass Communication and Creative Design as his humble background. He is also the CEO of Golden Pencil International (Branding & Creative Marketing).
CEO of Amazeskin Cosmetic Sdn. Bhd. & Amazeskin Pte. Ltd. (Cosmetic & Consumer Product) and CEO of Ebuy Group International (Technology, Health & Education).
He is talented in branding & creative solution and embarks in his own entrepreneurship at the ages of 21 with success of developing positive outcome for his clients and has developed CBAS and DEA Strategy, which is proven effective in all his branding marketing development for his client in maximizing the core value and positioning of the brand itself.
At Golden Pencil, this has been seen as branding company instead of a conventional service provider company. Westin always add value to create blue ocean market gap for client by using the most advance platform of social media or activation. Identifying a clear gap between competitor and understand the consumer behavioral is the point and position that Golden Pencil has, this has been a strong benchmark milestone for his company in building trust with the group. His groups of companies always puts client objective front ahead and using the experience they have garner for more than 10 years in creative.

He is also active as the member of Yayasan Sultanah Bahiyah for his merits contribution to the nation, he has shown compassion and charitable heart and was awarded the Esteemed Order of the Crown of Pahang Dato ship conference by His Highness sultan of Pahang and The Exalted order of Crown of Kedah AMK conference by his highness Sultan Of Kedah in 2016 and 2017.
He is setting Golden Pencil mission to uplift and brand Malaysia a greater country and to develop potential platform to retain talented generation from going outbound.
Dato’ Ethan hold a MBA from Oxford Institute of Management from Oxford, United Kingdom and currently also a PhD scholar from City University of Macau on his research field in International Hospitality of Management. Dato’ Ethan also actively involved in JCI Lantau, Hong Kong where his contributed most of his social work to societies during his time in Hong Kong. As a Malaysian living abroad, Dato’ Ethan has keep Malaysia close to his heart, where he also contributed and support NGO platform known as Yayasan Sultanah Bahiyah in Kedah, Malaysia.
Dato’ Ethan has great sense of business acumen due to early business involvement in his early 20’, with these he enable Golden Pencil to expend market opportunities to Hong Kong and China.
Dato’ Ethan believe strongly that education will able to empower life therefore he work closely with universities in Hong Kong and Australia to promote greater education in Asia.

Yayasan Sultanah Bahiyah ialah sebuah organisasi amal yang dinamakan bersempena dengan nama pengasas dan penaung Di Raja yang pertama iaitu Almarhumah Tuanku Sultanah Hajjah Bahiyah Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman. YSB diperbadankan pada 20 Ogos 1996. Ianya ditadbir oleh sebuah Lembaga Amanah dan kini diterajui oleh YTM Tunku Temenggong Kedah Dato' Seri DiRaja Tan Sri Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz binti Almarhum Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah sebagai pengerusi. YSB mempunyai dua peranan utama iaitu sebagai agen perubahan di dalam kerja-kerja kemasyarakatan melalui pendidikan, pembangunan komuniti, kesihatan, remaja dan belia serta inisiatif latihan.
