Dato’ Westin Chew the Managing Director of GOLDEN PENCIL SDN is a strong believer that strong designs can bring wonders to the world. Dato’ Westin Chew started his career at the young age of 21.As an entrepreneur, his initial clientele included Maxis Malaysia, Bank Negara, and Gas Malaysia who supported his plight, allowing his networks to grow. Furthermore, Dato’ Westin Chew was recognized for his Creative Strategic Planning and Development, which can be seen through the successful events organized for top corporate clients such as the Singapore Tourism Board, SASA Malaysia and the well-known, global, Hermes brand & Genting at GOLDEN PENCIL SDN BHD .

He was recently conferred the The Exalted Order of the Crown of Kedah - Darjah Yang Maha Mulia Sri Mahkota Kedah- Ahli mahkota Kedah by His Royal Highness Sultan of Kedah , Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah on his 89th birthday, January 2017 .
Also Conferred' The Esteemed Order of the Crown of Pahang' - Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Pahang Yang Amat Dihormati, Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang prestige class honor , Knight Companion award by His Royal Highness Sultan Ahmad Shah of Pahang, Malaysia.
This prestigious award carries the official title - Dato’.
The investiture took place at the Royal Palace, witness by Her Royal Highness Sultanah Kalsom of Pahang and Royal Prince in a Private and Close Investiture
